Endangered Finnish seals get winter help from locals
A Finnish nature lover shows us what his winter looks like: shovelling snow on a lakeshore to help the rare Saimaa ringed seal overcome problems caused by climate change.
Publishing its recommendations for 2017, premium travel and guidebook brand Lonely Planet ranks Finland third on its Best in Travel 2017 list of countries. Finland is the only European nation to make it into the top ten.
